SENIOR CREATIVE DESIGNER

Duties and Responsibilities:

CREATIVE & GRAPHIC DESIGN
  • Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, branding projects, and promotional materials across digital and print objectives.
  • Design high-impact visual assets, including advertisements, social media content, brochures, flyers, event materials, presentations, websites, and outdoor advertisements.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Management teams to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
  • Oversee and review design output from junior graphic artists and creative team members.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Provide creative direction for photoshoots, video productions, and multimedia campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and target market.
  • Develop innovative design solutions that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and visual communication.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, agencies, and production partners to ensure quality production outputs.
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and brand resources.
ARCHITECTURAL & SPATIAL DESIGN
  • Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural, experiential, and environmental design projects for attractions, resorts, events, exhibits, sales galleries, and commercial spaces.
  • Prepare architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, perspectives, renderings, and presentation materials.
  • Design exhibition booths, activation spaces, visitor centers, themed environments, and customer experience areas.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Construction, and Management teams to ensure design feasibility and project alignment.
  • Review and coordinate architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and company design guidelines.
  • Develop visual presentations and 3D renderings for management approval and project presentations.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and implementation of facility enhancement and development projects.
  • Recommend innovative design solutions that improve guest experience, operational efficiency, and brand identity.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, architecture, creative services, environmental design, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience managing creative and design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and architecture/ spatial design projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in architectural and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout design, color theory, spatial planning, and design principles.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions, resorts, events, or experiential marketing industries.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project coordination.
  • Photography, videography, and content creation skills.
  • Experience in exhibition, booth, and environmental graphic design.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles.
  • Experience using AI-assisted creative and design tools.
