Cloud Operations Analyst (Azure, DevOps) - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure & System Maintenance: Support, operate, and maintain 24/7 global Azure cloud environments (production and non-production) to maximize uptime.
- ITSM Process Execution: Handle core IT service management tasks, including Incident, Problem, Change, Monitoring, and Service Request processes.
- Monitoring & Alert Response: Configure system alerts and resolve issues related to health, security, performance, and capacity.
- Automation & CI/CD: Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and script development to improve operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Create clear processes, operational guides, best practices, and issue-resolution steps.
- Collaboration & Project Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional teams (architects, developers, engineers) and communicate effectively with clients and management.
- Continuous Learning & Flexibility: Build cloud technical skills through training programs and work flexible, rotating shifts based on business needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 4+ years of experience supporting and managing Azure or other cloud platforms, with hands-on expertise in infrastructure, server operations, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with server/infrastructure management, monitoring tools, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- DevOps & SRE: Experienced with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containers/orchestration, and SRE principles (SLIs/SLOs, DR/BCP).
- ITSM & Support: Solid grasp of ITIL principles, end-to-end support escalation processes, and technical project implementation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot and resolve system disruptions quickly.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written/spoken English and comfortable collaborating across global time zones and diverse teams.
- Certifications: Microsoft Azure or other relevant cloud certifications.
- Domain Expertise: Experience supporting 24/7 web-based or SaaS applications.
