Job Responsibilities
  • Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
  • Evaluate industry’s and the organization’s practices on the process of capital assets depreciation.
  • Review balance sheet, general ledger accounts and income statement schedule.
  • Prepare payment to logistics and suppliers thru checks and online payment.
  • Prepare and monitor Petty cash flows and makes Sale invoice for Clients.
  • Prepares Compensation and Benefits, HDMF, PHIC and HDMF remittances, EPRS payments.
  • Bookkeeping keeps Financial Statements and other documents needed by our outsource bookkeeping company.
  • Controls Petty cash.
  • Prepares Monthly Profit and Loss, so as Fund summary.
  • File documents weekly and see to it that it is updated.
  • Track data on environmental management costs.
  • Prepare budgets for environmental management program.
  • Evaluate economic feasibility of environmental projects.
  • Guides other department by researching and interpreting accounting policy, applying observations and recommendation to operational issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant Courses
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,PPT)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Strong sense of Integrity, discipline and reliability
