Senior Graphic Designer (Work From Home)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Oyster Hub. This is a remote position for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality visuals that bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create engaging designs for digital and print media (social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, etc.).
• Lead design projects from concept to completion while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative assets that support business goals.
• Provide art direction and guidance to junior designers.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure fresh and innovative output.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (with a strong portfolio).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Experience with digital marketing assets (social media ads, banners, email campaigns).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a remote setup.
• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, After Effects) is a plus.
• Experience in UI/UX design or motion graphics is an advantage.
