Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily mall operations and facility management.
- Coordinate with tenants and internal departments regarding service requests and deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and memos; ensure timely submission.
- Support general administrative tasks, event logistics, and reception duties as needed.
- Participate in learning and development programs to improve skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least some administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and flexible schedules.
