- PHP 65,000 to 90,000 per month
- 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role
Reporting directly to both the Head of Merchandise and the Ecommerce Manager based in Australia, the Ecommerce & Merchandise Specialist will play a vital role in supporting product lifecycle management, ecommerce operations, and content coordination.This role blends administrative precision with digital merchandising expertise to ensure smooth backend processes and a seamless customer-facing online experience. You will manage product data, coordinate product launches, and maintain high standards across Shopify and supporting ecommerce tools.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandise Administration (Approx. 30%)- Manage end-to-end product data including SKU creation, barcoding, pricing, and PO processing
- Maintain accurate product and stock information across internal systems and Shopify
- Assist with inventory reporting, supplier coordination, and inter-store transfers
- Support merchandise planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Upload and manage collections, content, and navigation within Shopify
- Write and optimize product descriptions, SEO content, and collection narratives
- Manage digital assets for seasonal launches, including banners and photography
- Oversee SearchSpring and Yotpo for merchandising, reviews, and search optimization
- Coordinate go-to-market execution, including marketing calendar activities and product readiness
- Conduct competitor analysis and support email, Google Ads, and customer strategies
- Minimum 3 years in ecommerce and/or merchandise coordination roles
- Strong experience with Shopify and related apps (Matrixify, SearchSpring, Yotpo)
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and bulk product management
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital content tools
- Prior experience working with international teams (Western brands or retailers preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
