DATABASE QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER - AERONAUTICAL INDUSTRY
(Salary: Php50,000 to Php80,000 & Benefits Package)

Position Overview:
Brainhub Inc is seeking a skilled Database Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance processes for our database systems within the aeronautical sector. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international aviation quality standards, manage QA activities, and drive continuous improvement within our data management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee quality assurance protocols for aeronautical database systems.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and cartographers to maintain best practices and achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and enhance system integrity.
- Generate quality performance reports and enforce corrective measures as necessary.
- Support certification and maintain adherence to quality management system requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Proficient in data analysis, statistical process control, and quality audit procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the aeronautical world or prior experience in aviation related companies would be a plus
