About the role
This is a full-time, customer service role based in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila. You will be joining the team at VV Business Solutions, Inc', a leading provider of virtual business support services. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience through our virtual contact centre.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound customer queries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing timely resolutions
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with contact centre or customer service experience, ideally in a call centre environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find solutions
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
