B2B IT Sales Consultant – AU Market (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a results-driven B2B IT Sales Consultant to join our outbound sales team, supporting leading IT brands in the Australian market. This day-shift role involves proactive outreach, prospect qualification, and consistent achievement of weekly KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 150–250 outbound calls daily to B2B prospects.
• Represent major tech clients in structured sales campaigns.
• Qualify leads based on campaign criteria and create sales opportunities.
• Log all interactions and prospect data in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Ensure all written notes and records are complete, accurate, and professionally presented.
• Meet weekly targets (e.g., 45-point system) and other campaign-specific metrics.
• Communicate clearly with decision-makers and handle objections confidently.
• Collaborate with team leaders and comply with client/campaign standards.
• Follow internal guidelines on data privacy, quality, and compliance.
• Job Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound telesales or B2B sales.
• Proven lead generation experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Advantageous: Basic understanding of IT products or services.
