B2B IT Sales Consultant – AU Market (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a results-driven B2B IT Sales Consultant to join our outbound sales team, supporting leading IT brands in the Australian market. This day-shift role involves proactive outreach, prospect qualification, and consistent achievement of weekly KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150–250 outbound calls daily to B2B prospects.
- Represent major tech clients in structured sales campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on campaign criteria and create sales opportunities.
- Log all interactions and prospect data in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ensure all written notes and records are complete, accurate, and professionally presented.
- Meet weekly targets (e.g., 45-point system) and other campaign-specific metrics.
- Communicate clearly with decision-makers and handle objections confidently.
- Collaborate with team leaders and comply with client/campaign standards.
- Follow internal guidelines on data privacy, quality, and compliance.
- Job Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound telesales or B2B sales.
- Proven lead generation experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Advantageous: Basic understanding of IT products or services.
