Join our growing manufacturing team specializing in PET pre-form and bottle production! Mc Bride Corporation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Supervisor to help oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in the plant.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related course
- With at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or production operations
- Knowledge in plastic, PET bottle, or pre-form production is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily production activities
- Monitor manpower, machine performance, and production output
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
- Prepare production reports and documentation
- Direct employment (not through an agency)
