Role Overview
As our Sales Manager – Workspace Solutions, you’ll lead sales initiatives across commercial and enterprise segments, helping clients transform their workspaces into efficient, engaging, and tech-enabled environments. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on selling, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for workspace solution offerings.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workspace needs and pain points.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and solution proposals tailored to client goals.
- Team Leadership & Reporting
- Manage a team of sales executives and account executives, providing training, coaching, and support.
- Track pipeline health, sales metrics, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership and recommend course corrections as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, design, and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, generate leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Market Insights
- Stay updated on workspace trends, hybrid work models, and customer needs.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for solution expansion.
- 1 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in workspace solutions, interior design, office furniture, integration, or real estate services.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset — able to adapt quickly and lead in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is a plus.
