ERIC Implementation Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Scoping:

• Work closely with Sales and Business Development key people and attend meetings with clients to identify scope of their implementation requirements
• Data Gathering

Consulting:

• Identify and translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Must learn detailed knowledge of industry’s best practices.

Facilitate End-User Training and User Acceptance Test:

• Conduct training with key users
• Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on ERIC products to clients and team-members
• Provide On-site Client Support

Project Documentation, Analysis, and Reports:

• Must be able to work on multiple projects and efficiently implement ERIC successfully
• Document and validate business requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Financial Management/Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Accounting Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of working experience is preferred but FRESH GRADUATES are WELCOME TO APPLY!
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent customer relations with good service orientation
• Enjoys travelling as the job requires extensive mobility
• 10 Full-Time positions available.
