Sales and Marketing Associate (Office-based) - Quezon City - ref. s13374319

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Associate to drive sales on social media and e-commerce websites and apps.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Store Management:

• Establish and manage the company's online presence on Lazada and Facebook, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and enticing product descriptions, images, and pricing.

1. Customer Engagement:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our tire products and assisting with any concerns.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.

1. Sales Strategy Implementation:

• Implement effective online sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the executive team to execute promotions, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at increasing online sales.

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

• Process orders both online and other field agents efficiently and accurately, coordinating with the logistics team for timely product delivery.
• Monitor order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

1. Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights and feedback to the team on customer preferences and market demands.

1. Performance Metrics Tracking:

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, regularly reporting on performance and suggesting improvements.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of various strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• At least one year experience in online sales, especially in e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Facebook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools for creating visually appealing product listings is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and address customer needs.
• A proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues and providing a positive shopping experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
