Program Overview

The program is an intensive career development track designed to equip aspiring financial professionals with elite field training, leadership mentorship, and a competitive compensation structure to long-term career growth and success.

• Monthly Allowance: PHP 15,000 Monthly Bridging Income,
• Uncapped Earnings: Competitive Commissions, ranging from Php 5,000 to Php 15,000 per week. on top of every sale.
• Hands-on Mentorship: Joint Field Work (JFW) directly with your Unit Manager/Leader to guide you in actual client consultations.
• Structured Learning: Face-to-Face Comprehensive Trainings and skills development modules.
• Career Progression: Clear and fast-tracked milestones toward agency leadership with unlimited growth potential.

• Participate actively in the 18-month structured apprenticeship and face-to-face training sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for potential clients to help them secure their health, protection, and investment goals.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through excellent service and regular policy reviews.
• Collaborate closely with your assigned Manager during Joint Field Work to master financial advisory and presentation techniques.
• Represent Imperium Blaze and Pru Life UK with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.

• Education: Must be a College Graduate (any bachelor's degree).
• Experience: No prior work or sales background needed—our training program is built to develop your skills from the ground up.
• Commitment: Must be able to provide a Full-Time Commitment to this career path.
