- Expected salary: ₱23,000 - ₱28,000 per month
- Project Implementation:
o Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Telecom/HDD projects from start to finish.
o Ensure projects meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.- Assist in Permitting and Compliance:
o Collaborate with the ROW (Right-of-Way) Officer for compliance.
o Interface with LGUs (Local Government Units) and DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways) during project implementation to ensure compliance with regulations.- Client Interaction:
o Serve as the point of contact for client representatives, managing emails, queries, and concerns.
o Conduct meetings with clients’ representatives to provide updates and gather requirements.- Governance and Reporting:
o Develop governance models, processes, and documentation to ensure structured project implementation.
o Define and monitor KPIs across various project milestones, including Design, Permitting, Implementation, PAT (Provisional Acceptance Testing), and RFS (Ready for Service).
o Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to both internal teams and external clients.- Risk Management and Quality Control:
o Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
o Ensure quality standards are maintained across all project deliverables.
o Task Delegation and Budget Monitoring:
o Delegate tasks to team members effectively.
o Monitor project budgets and ensure costs are kept under control.
