The Multilingual Consultant, Business Operations supports business processes, communication, and strategy across different regions and languages. This role helps bridge language and cultural gaps, improve workflows, and ensure smooth operations between global teams, partners, and customers.
Support business operations, including process improvement, reporting, and coordination.
Act as a language and cultural liaison between international teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Translate documents, communications, and training materials as needed.
Work with teams in different regions to align goals, track progress, and solve problems.
Help implement new systems, policies, and tools across multilingual environments.
Provide insights on regional business practices and customer behavior.
Assist with internal and external communication, especially in global or multilingual settings.
Qualifications:Required:
Fluent in English and at least one other language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, French, Japanese, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in business operations, project support, or consulting (2–4 years preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and business software.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Studies, Communications, or related field.
Experience working with global teams or in multinational companies.
Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, SAP, Excel, or project management platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks across different time zones and cultures.
Qualifications/Requirements
2+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, project coordination, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages.
