Reports to: Admin Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and upload learner information, course details, and training data into the enrollment & training tracking systems
• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission
• Update and maintain records in the enrollment & training tracking systems based on instructions from the Admin Officer
• Organize and manage digital files related to training and learner documentation
• Meet assigned deadlines for bulk data encoding and system updates
• Report discrepancies, errors, or missing information to the Admin Officer
• Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines at all times
• Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned
• Amenable to conducting field work and visiting partner offices to encode or correct learners data directly into their system

Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry, encoding, or administrative tasks is an advantage but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast and efficient typing skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Amenable to work on-site in the location of the Campus

• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• Able to manage time effectively, especially for bulk encoding tasks
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems such as LMS platforms, AI-enabled tools & workflow
