HR & Office Manager

We are seeking an HR & Office Manager to oversee human resources and office administration, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities include:
HR & Labor Law Compliance: Develop and update HR policies, ensure accurate statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), administer mandatory benefits, and manage employee contracts.
Compensation & Benefits Management: Maintain accurate payroll and statutory remittances, benchmark salaries, and manage benefit schemes.Employee Relations & Labor Relations: Act as the primary HR liaison for grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, and support union relations.
Training, Development & Culture: Manage training programs and drive employee engagement and retention.
HRIS, Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HRIS and employee records, generate compliance reports, and use HR metrics for decision-making.
Office & Administrative Operations: Manage daily office operations, ensure permit compliance, and enforce workplace safety.
People Management: successful candidate will manage 3 direct reports initially
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum solid 5 years of progressive HR experience in the Philippines
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits.
- Proven skills in payroll, benefits, HRIS, conflict resolution, office management and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal, ethical, and diplomatic communication capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS platforms is a plus.
- Must be willing to work onsite day shift (Mon-Fri) either in Kamuning Diliman Quezon City or San Juan City
Desired Skills & Traits:
- Certifications in HR, Labor Law, or Industrial Relations.
- Experience implementing HRMS/HRIS solutions.
- Familiarity with occupational safety rules and data privacy legislation.
- Familiarity with International Trading is a PLUS
- Preferably with start-up experience
