Position Overview The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, plans, and elevations that support architectural and construction projects. This role requires translating design concepts into detailed documentation using CAD software, ensuring accuracy, compliance with codes, and clarity for contractors and engineers.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations based on design specifications.
• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to create accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine design details.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for project records.
• Assist in preparing presentation drawings and technical details for client and contractor use.
• Conduct site measurements and translate field data into accurate drafting outputs.
• Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting, with emphasis on elevations and construction documentation.
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in technical drawings and architectural detailing.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of architectural standards, construction methods, and detailing.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive elevations and sections.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3Ds Max) is an advantage.
