The Clinic Duty Nurse is responsible for providing immediate medical care, health assessments, and first aid treatment to employees, guests, and patrons within the hotel and casino premises. The role ensures compliance with occupational health standards, company policies, and government health and safety regulations, while promoting wellness and a safe workplace environment.

• Provide prompt medical attention, first aid, and emergency care to employees and guests as needed.
• Conduct initial health assessments and determine if further medical treatment or hospital referral is necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records of consultations, treatments, and incidents.
• Monitor and manage the clinic’s medical supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist in implementing health programs, wellness activities, and preventive care initiatives for employees.
• Support compliance with government health and safety regulations (DOLE, DOH, LGU requirements).
• Assist in pre-employment medical examinations, health monitoring, and fit-to-work evaluations.
• Coordinate with Safety & Security and HR departments for medical emergencies, workplace accidents, and incident reporting.
• Educate employees on health, hygiene, and safety practices when necessary.
• Uphold confidentiality of all medical and personal information in compliance with company policy.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Registered Nurse (with valid PRC license).
• Preferably with BOSH/OHNAP training or equivalent in occupational health.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in clinical, hospital, or occupational health setting (hotel/casino experience an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of emergency response, first aid, and basic life support (BLS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
