About the Role

• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to design visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to understand design trends and consumer preferences, ensuring our graphics resonate with our target audience.
• Create engaging visual content, including banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials, that effectively communicate our brand message and product offerings.
• Edit and enhance photos using graphic design tools to maintain a high standard of quality across all visual content.
• Assist in the development of landing pages by creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that drive conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure our visual content remains innovative and effective.

• Graphic Design: Develop and produce eye-catching graphics that align with our marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
• Photo Editing: Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to edit and enhance images for various digital platforms.
• Social Media Content: Design and create visuals for social media posts that engage our audience and promote our products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with campaign goals and brand consistency.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing context.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Basic understanding of video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
