Technical Support Engineer - Quezon City
We are looking for a tech-savvy Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about keeping systems running smoothly and love being the go-to person for all things IT, this role is for you.
You will be hands-on with core infrastructure, including Windows environments, Microsoft 365 (web + apps), Active Directory, network gear, security systems, and IT asset inventory. Your mission? Make sure our head office and site teams stay connected, secure, and productive!

Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Information Technology or BS Computer Engineer
- With at least 2 years experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of ---
- Windows OS and MS365 (web and installed version)
- Windows Server 2021 Active Directory
- Sophos Firewall, Bitlocker, and endpoint protection
- Network hardware (Cisco switches, HP Aruba access points)
- CCTV systems (HKvision, Rover) and video conferencing (Kandao, Polycom)
- Proficient with OS ticket system or similar IT ticketing platforms
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and willingness to travel to site offices
