Key Account Specialist - Baguio

Job Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree holder, any field;
- At least 2 years experience in FMCG;
- Required skills: People Management, Project Management, Account Management, Analytical and presentation skills, End-to-end sales/business processes;
- Good problem solving skills/decision making ability;
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications or related software;
- And excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Establish good working relationships with accounts’ decision-makers and anyone who has influence with respect to the handled categories;
- Monitor sales data, out of stock, pricing, stock levels, share of market, quality of displays (account merchandising standards) and analyze this information and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement to be able to implement strategies in maximizing sales and product visibility;
- Conduct periodic business reviews with the top management/decision-makers of assigned accounts;
- Prepare, propose and implement business-building plans for each account/outlet;
- Ensure the pipelining, distribution and visibility of handled brands;
- Negotiate credit terms, handle bad orders, and payment delinquencies;
- Operate as the primary point of contact for account stakeholders;
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners;
- Responsible for overall KPI;
- And prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
