Hiring: Service Delivery Specialist (SDS)
- Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines
- Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and utilization.
- Coordinate Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
- Manage critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Network, Security, and Data Center teams.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Support infrastructure projects and daily operational activities.
- Work with cross-functional and global teams.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or IT Service Delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery Management.
- ITIL Certification is mandatory.
- Experience working in enterprise and multicultural environments.
