Welding Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• On-site Welding Inspection on various steel superstructures at New Coal Mill 1 Building and Belt Conveying Transport System Project
• On-site Welding Inspection on various steel superstructures at Packhouse 3 Extension Building intended for ROTO 14 Project
• On-site Welding Inspection on various steel superstructures for In-House Projects
• Support Operation Team (upon request) to check quality of welding works on critical welding activities during SPS
• Quality Control/Assurance of various structural and mechanical welding works done at ECC Fabrication Shop, Roller Rebuilding Shop, and other 3rd Party Fabrication Shop if needed
• Supervise projects that involves and requires expert welding skill such as Compressed Air, Water, and Gas (CO2) piping
• May be deployed to facilitate projects involving critical welding works outside of ECC i.e. NCC, Oro Cement, Calatagan, if necessary
• May conduct training on basic Welding Methodologies in case required by Cadetship Program

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Background in Cement Industry is plus.
• Willing to be relocated to Bulacan (board and lodging provided).
