About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Fast Autoworld Philippines Corporation - Mitsubishi Motors' in our Central & Eastern Visayas branches. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance.
  • Analyses sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to optimize the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and strategies.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience in the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a customer-centric approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Area of assignment will be in our Central and Eastern Visayas branches (Mandaue City, Mambaling, Cebu City, Tagbilaran, Ormoc and Tacloban).
