Accounting Supervisor (CPA)

 I.  Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Reconcile accounts, identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls and policies to maintain the integrity of financial data
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them
• Mentor and develop the skills of the accounting team members

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting and a valid CPA license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or junior managerial role in financial accounting and reporting
• Must possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting with supervisory or officer-level responsibilities
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
