TECHNO GLOBAL TEAM is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant with three to five years of experience and great comprehension skills to schedule, coordinate meetings, handle documentation, and be the key link between stakeholders and our team.

Client & Workflow Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Manage communication between stakeholders and the business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align schedules and priorities.
- Ensure all client work is delivered on time and efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare and share agendas, materials, and presentations in advance.
- Confirm attendance and provide pre-meeting updates.
- Record meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Handle general admin tasks: document prep, email correspondence, data entry.
- 3 to 5 REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in administrative support, scheduling, and calendar management
- HIGH PROFICIENCY in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent comprehension skills to accurately grasp stakeholder needs and deliver timely support.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
