POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN DATA ANALYST MANAGER (1 VACANCY)

• Manage end-to-end data analytics initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate insights to support business decision-making across Chinese-speaking markets.
• Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance on data methodologies, tools, and best practices while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Prepare and present complex data reports in both Mandarin and English for cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between international business units and data teams, ensuring smooth communication, especially with Mandarin-speaking counterparts in China or other regions.
• Develop data governance protocols, ensure data accuracy, and drive the implementation of advanced analytics solutions (e.g., predictive modeling, dashboards).

• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Proficient in English
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
