A.  Ensures achievement of sell-out thru the active promotion and selling of all products
B.. Ensure consistent stock availability across all models based on retail performance
standards
C.  Ensures cleanliness of Huawei stores and overall displays
D.  Maintains good relationships with dealers, dealer frontliners, co-promoters and other store
partners
E.  Assists in volume drivers improvement

Ensures product distribution reach (number of stores penetrated)
Ensures product distribution depth (number of models per store)
Manages overall Order-to-Deliver, Customer Service level, Days of Stock at the store level
Ensures achievement of share of shelf targets and compliance to visual merchandising standards
Ensures pricing standard compliance
Ensures smooth and efficient execution of below-the-line promotions and recommends localized programs to achieve set targets

F. Ensures submission of reports such as master coverage plan, call sheets, liquidations.

Qualifications/Requirements

⦁ Below 35 years old
⦁ Preferably with experience in promoting mobile phones or in sales
⦁ Excellent at sales demonstration

⦁ Pleasing personality
