[ref. x08235420] Tarlac - BIM Architect (Work From Home)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong BIM Architect to join our design team. This role is fully remote and requires close coordination with our international studio. You will be responsible for producing, developing, and managing architectural drawings and BIM models that meet project standards and deadlines.

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models in Revit and related software.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, schedules, and documentation to support design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with project architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design coordination.
• Apply building codes, standards, and project guidelines within the BIM environment.
• Support clash detection, model audits, and quality checks.
• Manage updates, revisions, and deliverables in line with project timelines.

• Licensed Architect (preferred) with proven BIM/Revit experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting, detailing, and BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a must.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and architectural workflows.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs within set deadlines.
• Stable internet connection and high-performance computer (non-negotiable).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Fully remote (Work From Home).
• Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PH Time).
• Initial 3-month contract, with extension depending on project flow and performance.
