The Sales & Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing team in promoting and distributing aquaculture products. This role assists in sales operations, marketing activities, customer relationship management, and administrative tasks to help drive sales growth and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Process orders and coordinate deliveries with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Follow up on orders, payments, and customer feedback.
  • Support lead generation and business development activities.
Marketing Support
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update social media platforms and online sales channels.
  • Help create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Support participation in trade shows, exhibits, and company events.
  • Monitor marketing activities and provide performance reports.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Provide timely and professional customer support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and providing after-sales support.
Administrative Support
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports and other required documentation.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and sales-related files.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely product deliveries.
Market Research
  • Conduct basic market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Gather and organize market data to support sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aquaculture, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
