Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring special dietary needs or allergies are communicated to the kitchen.
Deliver food and drinks, refill beverages, and check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Process payments, manage cash, and issue checks.
Clear, sanitize, and reset tables, as well as maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Prepare for service by restocking stations, polishing silverware, and preparing linens.
Qualifications/Requirements
Exceptional verbal communication to interact with guests and kitchen staff.Ability to handle multiple tables, orders, and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to stand and walk for long hours and carry heavy trays.
Familiarity with all food and beverage offerings to make recommendations.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
