Marketing Staff

Job Summary:

This role requires someone who understands both digital and in-store marketing dynamics in the food and retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for food products, promotions, and retail events.
• Manage social media accounts and produce engaging content, photos, and videos related to products, store promotions, and customer experiences.
• Coordinate in-store promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to improve positioning.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., flyers, posters, signage).
• Assist with customer feedback initiatives, surveys, and product launches.
• Collaborate with kitchen and retail staff to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals.
• Track campaign performance and assist in preparing weekly or monthly marketing reports.

Qualifications:

• Degree or background in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience in food/retail marketing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing social media and creating content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Understanding of customer behavior in food service and retail environments.
• Creative thinking with an eye for visual details (basic photography and design skills are a plus).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
• Familiarity with food and retail promotions, customer loyalty programs
• Knowledge of basic video editing for social media content

Work Conditions:

• Based in Pier 4 NRA Office near Robinsons Galleria, with possible off-site visits for promotions or events.
• May require working on weekends, holidays, or during special events.
