IT Support Specialist (Medical/Healthcare) - Tagbilaran

Job Description:

Outsource Access is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to work with clients in the medical and healthcare industry. This is a full-time remote role supporting U.S.-based clients, requiring flexibility to work U.S. business hours and recognized PH holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support for healthcare clients, including issue resolution and troubleshooting
• Maintain and monitor system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency
• Assist with the setup and support of electronic medical records (EMR) or healthcare software (if applicable)
• Manage tickets, escalate technical issues as needed, and follow up in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for technical solutions
• Ensure data security and privacy standards are upheld (HIPAA awareness a plus)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Background supporting clients in the healthcare or medical field is highly preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willing and able to work during PH business hours and PH holidays
