• Develop and implement customized technology solutions, including system integration, cloud migration, and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate technical requirements and resources.
• Prepare and present technical documentation, proposals, and training materials in Mandarin language.
• Recommend scalable IT infrastructure and digital tools based on current trends and client needs.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and provide insights into new tools, platforms, or methods.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization for clients.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders in Mandarin.

• Mandarin proficiency is required to support diverse client interactions.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, enterprise software, network architecture, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ERP/CRM systems, and infrastructure deployment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead bilingual client engagements.
