HR Business Partner

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic and pivotal role within our organisation.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the human resource functions of assigned accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end recruitment, payroll and timekeeping, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, employee and labor relations, and workplace safety compliance.The HRBP ensures that all HR initiatives and practices are aligned with the company's goals, business objectives, and applicable policies.
What we're looking for- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labour regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent understanding of talent management, organisational development, and employee relations practices
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
