Traffic analyst

Job description:

• Prepares and assist on collating full tract of import documents needed on a per shipment basis for raw materials, equipment and spare parts finished fertilizer outports, and export.
• Prepares Certificates of Importation, Authorization Letter to Airlines or Shipping lines. Letter Guarantee and Letter of Indemnity to Shipping Lines in addition to shipping documents.
• Prepares Request for payment (RP) of customs duty, VAT and other charges on a per shipment basis.
• Receives and document Single Administrative Document on a per shipment basis from assigned Customs Broker thru email.
• Collate the original copy of duly notarized Single Administrative Document of importations for mailing to RTMD-Isabel Leyte, documents and fully provide attachments for continuity processing with Bureau of Customs and PEZA.
• Prepares request for payment for customs broker billings after shipments are cleared with BOC/PEZA at Isabel Leyte.
• Keep track of all files as required by the department for the possible Customs Post Clearance Audit.

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess preferably Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration or any Business course.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
