Assist mechanics in repairing and maintaining machines and equipment
Prepare and organize tools, materials, and parts
Clean and lubricate machinery
Hold or align parts during installation or repair
Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of the work area

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications/Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Physical strength and stamina
Attention to detail
Basic problem-solving skills
Teamwork and good communication

Education & Experience

High school diploma or vocational course (preferred)
TESDA training

Experience is usually not required but is a plus

May involve lifting heavy items and working in noisy areas
