Sales Representative - Onsite

Job description:

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales through outbound communication. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients
• Use tools such as 8x8 calling system and HubSpot CRM
• Apply strong communication skills and probing techniques to identify client needs
• Build rapport and effectively present products/services
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, goal-driven, and highly motivated
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM tools
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
