- Accountable to deliver efficient and effective M&S services to GBS customers. Understanding corporate requirements, setting clear goals, analyzing / interpreting KPIs in line with global objectives, ensuring corrective actions are promptly executed when required and establishing/fostering close contact with the business to ensure SLAs are properly executed.
- People Management & Leadership - Lead and develop a team of high quality and engaged members with a strong sense of customer service to ensure the delivery of highest standard to the organization in a fast moving environment. Identify and implement development opportunities to strengthen individual's skill set. Develop a robust succession planning and a pipeline of talent ready to staff global GBS and corporate initiatives.
- GBS Marketing & Sales end to end process Owner and Change Agent - Drive and monitor continuous process enhancement initiatives within the different pillars of the team (NPD, M&S Reporting) via standardization, simplification and automation. Leveraging the use of systems and technology to ensure optimization of process automation.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Customers (Markets/Factories) / Regional People & Culture Leads) & IT BTS, ensuring the Global Business Service Centre delivers its Mission and Vision to expands its credibility in the wider JTI Community.
- Play an active role in the local GBS management team, facilitating cross department alignment and strong team cohesion.
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the GBS in co-operation with global counterparts and local leadership team to deliver long term strategic vision. Ensuring global improvement initiatives such as process harmonization, enhancements, procedural changes, project prioritization and allocation of resources are implemented & managed in a consistent manner across the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):- University Degree
- A minimum of 10 years in a multinational company including min. 5 years of managerial experience (shared service center experience would be a strong benefit), as well as 3-5 years in an operational Marketing&Sales role. Hands on experience of M&S processes and related systems.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), any other languages would be an asset.
- Effective team leadership skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong experience in change management
- Technical - Microsoft, SAP, Power BI a plus
- "Service Now" knowledge a plus
