Your role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll connect with healthcare organizations, introduce recruitment solutions, and support them in promoting their open roles. This role involves managing your own schedule, driving outbound prospecting efforts, following up with leads, and coordinating with facilities, candidates, and key stakeholders to deliver results.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- Junior High School or Senior High School
Experience:
- Contact Center - at least 6 months of experience.
- B2B or B2C Sales - at least 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- CRM experience
