Then you might be the next Membership Consultant for Spartans Boxing Club QC.

We are a fun, growing boxing and fitness community in Quezon City (currently ranked the #1 boxing gym in QC!) built around our F.I.G.H.T. Code: Friendly, Inclusive, Genuine, Helpful, Team.

Now we are looking for a confident, well-presented, and people-focused part-time Membership & Partnerships Consultant to help us grow our recurring retail memberships and corporate wellness partnerships.

This is not just a “sit at the desk and wait” role.

We need someone who will proactively call leads, follow up properly, welcome prospects, explain memberships clearly, close with confidence, and help open doors with nearby companies, offices, HR teams, and local partners.

At Spartans Boxing Club QC, every conversation counts. We are not a typical gym or call centre. First and foremost, we are a community. Our team works with energy, humour, accountability, and a bit of friendly asaran, because we believe work should be fun, meaningful, and full of wins.

What You’ll Do

As our Membership & Partnerships Consultant, you will:

• Sell recurring retail memberships, especially unlimited monthly memberships.
• Follow up with leads from Meta, referrals, events, walk-ins, and campaigns.
• Help beginners feel confident enough to book their first class.
• Explain the difference between memberships, personal training, and special offers clearly.
• Convert leads to trials, and trials into paying members.
• Support corporate outreach to HR teams, nearby offices, and local businesses.
• Help promote corporate wellness sessions and team-building packages.
• Build relationships with prospects, members, and local partners.
• Keep lead notes and follow-up activity organised, utilising our CRM (Glofox) as much as possible.
• Give feedback on lead quality, common objections, and campaign performance.
• Celebrate every quality close with the team.
• Work closely with the Gym Manager and another Membership Consultant.

What We’re Looking For

You should be:

• Confident, warm, and naturally good with people.
• Well-presented and comfortable representing a premium fitness brand.
• Strong in both English and Tagalog.
• Comfortable speaking with professionals, HR contacts, beginners, and busy clients.
• Organised enough to follow up consistently without being chased.
• Positive, coachable, and hungry to improve.
• Comfortable with sales targets and commission.
• Able to handle objections without sounding pushy or desperate.
• Interested in fitness, boxing, wellness, and personal growth.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Fitness or wellness sales experience will give you an edge over other applicants.
• Experience in fitness, gym, wellness, hospitality, beauty, retail, events, or corporate sales is preferred.
• Business development or corporate outreach experience would be a big plus.
• Glowing references may earn bonus points.

You do not need to be an aspiring boxer.

You do need to be someone who can connect with people, follow up properly, and help them make a confident decision.
