Corporate Sales Assistant/DCUM Assistant- Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors including general reception duties like fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors
- Performs basic clerical tasks including word processing, filing, sorts and routes incoming and outgoing materials, operates basic office machines and equipment
- Performs computer and data entry functions including internet research
- Maintains orderly office environment and dependable filing system for easy retrieval of documents
- Monitors proper usage and issuance of office supplies
- Performs errands that assist daily functions
- Qualifications/Requirements
- Male / Female, 21-30 years old
- College Graduate
- At least 6 months experience in the same capacity
- Above average written & oral communication skills
- Has initiative, hardworking, and can work under pressure
- Above par customer relations ability
- Computer literate (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
