About us

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting; experience in a distribution or logistics company is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
- Prepare and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist in inventory monitoring and reconciliation with warehouse records
- Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts regularly
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities
- Help prepare necessary reports for internal and external use
- File and maintain organized accounting documents and records
- Assist with government compliance reports (e.g., VAT, EWT, BIR requirements)
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, sales) to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Perform other related duties as assigned
