About us

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting; experience in a distribution or logistics company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
  • Prepare and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and reconciliation with warehouse records
  • Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts regularly
  • Support monthly and year-end closing activities
  • Help prepare necessary reports for internal and external use
  • File and maintain organized accounting documents and records
  • Assist with government compliance reports (e.g., VAT, EWT, BIR requirements)
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, sales) to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
