• Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 75,000 + PHP90,000 sign-on bonus

• 3-5 years of Growth Product Management experience within a digital, SaaS, fintech, or other technology-driven environment
• Proven experience owning product strategy, delivery, and growth initiatives across the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Demonstrated success driving user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, or revenue growth
• Strong experience identifying growth opportunities through data analysis, experimentation, and customer insights
• Hands-on expertise in customer journey mapping, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and growth experimentation frameworks
• Experience using product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics to guide product decisions
• Strong product ownership skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional business teams to deliver growth initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and data storytelling skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Own and optimize end-to-end customer journey maps across digital products
• Identify growth opportunities, customer friction points, and funnel drop-offs using data and behavioral insights
• Translate analytics findings into product enhancements and customer experience improvements
• Lead development of growth-focused product features and engagement initiatives
• Define experimentation strategies, success metrics, and A/B testing roadmaps
• Partner with Analytics teams to interpret data and support data-driven product decisions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Growth teams to align priorities and delivery timelines
• Ensure a seamless, trustworthy, and compliant customer experience across all touchpoints
