About the role

Exciting opportunity to join the dynamic sales team at Best Reliable Resources' as a Sales Agent – Telemarketing. This full-time role is based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila, where you will play a key part in driving the company's outbound sales initiatives and contributing to its continued growth.

• Initiating and conducting outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored product/service solutions
• Negotiating and closing sales transactions while providing an exceptional customer experience
• Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support team goals
• Continuously developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to convert leads into sales
• Resilience and determination to overcome objections and achieve targets
• Proficiency in using sales-related software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
