During a Typical Day,You'll- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Opento fresh college graduates with a degree requiring excellent communication skills and understanding of customer service

- With at least 6 months of BPO experienceorat least 1 year of experience from another customer-facing industry
