Our respected client is seeking for 5 years in Senior Planner. The job is based in Alabang City, Philippines

Job Summary:

• The Senior Planner will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive production plans for semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and customer demand

Key Job responsibilities include:

• Analyze capacity constraints, material availability, and production bottlenecks to optimize scheduling and maximize output
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and sales to ensure seamless execution of production plans
• Monitor and track production progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain on time delivery performance
• Utilize advanced planning systems SAP Integrated Business Planning software to generate reports, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and mentor junior planners, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) planning, ensuring smooth transitions from development to mass production
• Drive inventory optimization strategies to minimize holding costs while ensuring material availability

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain planning within the semiconductor manufacturing industry is essential
• Proven expertise in using SAP and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
