About the role
AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior High School (SHS) Full-time Teacher to join our team at our Lipa City, Batangas campus. As a SHS Full-time Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the education and development of our students, delivering engaging and impactful lessons that align with the school's curriculum.
What you'll be doing- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across various SHS subjects to engage and inspire students
- Create and implement innovative teaching methods and materials to enhance the learning experience
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the school's education programs
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support the holistic growth of our students
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and attendance
- Continuously develop your own skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching practices and educational trends
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on Secondary Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secondary/Senior High School Teacher, preferably in a similar educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong classroom management abilities and the capacity to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Demonstrated creativity and adaptability in lesson planning and delivery
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience
- Passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students
